On June 28, 2020, the joint project STEER hosted its final consortium meeting. With the project coming to an end in three months, project members used the meeting to present their ongoing work and to discuss activities for a successful project completion.

During the meeting, particular attention was paid to useful products that will make STEER insights available to both researchers and practitioners in the long term: among others, the project partners will publish a series of Briefing Papers with recommendations for better governance in STEER’s in-depth case studies. In addition, a Special Issue highlighting major scientific insights is planned. A Water Governance Toolbox will enable users to independently carry out governance assessments in their own regions and propose instruments to solve resource problems.
