A special issue on “drought vulnerability, risk, and impact assessments: bridging the science-policy gap” by GlobeDrought experts will soon be published in the journal “Natural Hazards and Earth System Sciences” (NHESS).

With droughts ranking among the most damaging and least understood of all so-called natural hazards, an upcoming special issue of NHESS called for contributions to better understand the phenomena from a scientific as well as from a policy perspective. Editors of this special issue will be various experts from the GlobeDrought consortium.
